TRAINER SETUP GUIDE

Follow the steps below to access the studio, run sessions and use the facility.
Most trainers complete setup in 5–10 minutes.

PERSONAL TRAINER SETUP

This is for trainers, practitioners and one-on-one coaching.

STEP 1 — COMPLETE YOUR AGREEMENT

Submit your rental agreement and upload liability insurance (recommended 2M coverage).
Reviewed within 24 hours.

STEP 2 — CREATE YOUR TRAINER ACCOUNT + KEY DEPOSIT

To access the studio and book your sessions, you’ll create your trainer account and pay your $20 refundable key deposit through our system.

This takes less than a minute.

This gives you:
• A trainer access profile
• Your $20 key deposit payment
• The ability to book training sessions
• Access to the Staff App once approved

STEP 3 — DOWNLOAD THE STAFF APP

Once your account is created, download the Staff App.
This is where you will book training sessions, add credits and check in.

When you log in, confirm you can see:

  • Appointments

  • Check-ins

  • Schedule view

If something looks missing, contact us.

STEP 3 — PICK UP YOUR KEY & ALARM CODE

Meet Danny or Sue to:

  • Receive your studio key

  • Receive your personal alarm code

  • Review entry and exit procedures

  • Learn how to arm/disarm correctly

STEP 4 — BOOK YOUR SESSIONS

Inside the Staff App you will:

  • Reserve the studio

  • Add rental credits

  • Check in when you arrive

How to book:

  1. Check Schedule — Confirm no conflict with a class

  2. Menu → Appointments → Book Appointment

  3. Type — Select rental length and number of clients

  4. Staff — Your name

  5. Client — Your name (we do not store client info)

  6. Credits — Add at booking or at check-in

  7. Date & Time — Select and save

  8. Check-in —  Must be completed immediately.

STEP 6 — USING THE STUDIO

  • WiFi access

  • Sonos audio

  • Standard layout

  • Shared equipment rules

  • Noise and space etiquette

STEP 7 — RESET THE SPACE

Before leaving:

  • Clean equipment

  • Return equipment

  • Turn off music

  • Lock the bathroom door

  • Turn off fans/lights

  • Arm alarm

  • Lock frontdoor
