Q: What should I bring to my first class?A: We recommend: Comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. A water bottle and a towel (optional). For outdoor classes, a yoga mat is welcome but not required. All other equipment is provided.

Q: How do I sign up for my first class?Step 1: Purchase a membership on our Memberships Page. Step 2: Download the PushPress Members app to view the schedule and select your class. New Members: Register for a complimentary free first week directly through our website. Simply create an account, choose your class, and you're all set!
