Your first class at VBC Fitness will be an exciting blend of challenging workouts, encouragement, and fun. Here's a quick overview:

  • Arrival: Arrive 10 minutes early

    Step 1: Purchase a membership on our Memberships Page. Step 2: Download the PushPress Members app to view the schedule and select your class. New Members: Register for a complimentary free first week directly through our website. Simply create an account, choose your class, and you're all set!
  • Q: Are there classes suitable for beginners?
    A: Absolutely! We offer: A variety of classes catering to all fitness levels. Instructors skilled at providing modifications to ensure a great workout for everyone.
