VBC Fitness is a small independent gym in Victoria, BC, built around good coaching, clear structure, and a community of people who want to feel strong and capable in everyday life.
We started as Victoria Bootcamp in 2008, and we’ve been coaching this community ever since.

We coach real people. Not just athletes. Not just beginners.
People with busy lives who want training that makes sense, feels supportive, and fits their long-term goals.
