Agreements

• All renters must sign a rental agreement before first use.

• Independent access renters must also complete the Trainer Agreement.

Liability Insurance

• Required for anyone training clients.

• Proof of valid insurance must be submitted before access is granted.

• Minimum coverage: $2M liability (recommended industry standard).

Responsibility

• Renters are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their clients.

• Any damages must be reported immediately; renter may be billed for repair/replacement.

Key & Deposit Policy

• $20 refundable key deposit required for independent access.

• Keys and alarm codes are assigned to one person only and must not be shared.

• Deposit refunded when key is returned at the end of rental term.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations may forfeit credits unless otherwise approved.
