Facility Guidelines

(Practical day-to-day rules for anyone using the space)

During Your Booking

  • Use any available equipment.

  • Portable gear may be moved but must be returned.

  • Keep music/noise at a respectful level for the building.

Before You Leave

  • Wipe down and re-rack equipment.

  • Stick to your booked start and end times.

  • Leave the space tidy for the next renter.

Safety & Access

  • Only those listed on your booking may be inside.

  • Keys and alarm codes are personal — never share.

  • If the alarm triggers, disarm and call Danny (250-818-9100).
