The Two Week Intro gives you unlimited access to coached group training at our gym in Victoria, BC. It’s the easiest way to experience the workouts, meet the coaches, and see if the training style at VBC is the right fit for you.
Every class is led by a coach who explains the workout, demonstrates movements, and helps you train at the right level.
Use the two weeks to experience Bootcamp, GRIT, Strength, and Mobility classes and find what works best for you.
Most people use the intro to get comfortable with the gym, learn the workouts, and start building a consistent training habit.
