Small Group Strength works well if you:
• Are new to strength training
• Are getting back into it
• Want coaching without a large class
• Want to lift safely and confidently

What You Do
Strength comes first.
You’ll work through:
• Squat, hinge, push, and pull patterns
• Clear technique coaching
• Gradual increases in load
• Targeted accessory work
• Simple check-ins so you can see improvement
No random workouts. Just consistent strength work.
